Setting the volumetrics

1. Press and hold the right most button (the one which doesn't picture a cup) until water stops flowing out of the grouphead and it starts blinking to enter programming mode
2. Put in your Portafilter
3. Press the button you wanna program
4. Press the rightmost button again to stop the flow and store the value
5. Press the rightmost button again to exit from programming mode

Standard Deviation

When using the volumetrics to pull a 18g in / 36g out shot of espresso, I observed a standard deviation of just 2.02g, which is pretty good.
